We aim to respond to booking requests / enquiries made by text, e-mail or our quote/request booking form within 3 hours (provided that the enquiry/booking is received during the hours of 07.00 and 21.00). Please note that a booking request is only confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation text / e-mail / phone call.
In 99% of cases, we won’t charge you for airport car parking when collecting you from an airport.
We will request a mobile contact number at the time of booking so that we can keep in touch with you once you have landed. This means that we can arrange to meet you inside the airport terminal, once we know you have collected your luggage, thus only entering the car park for a short space of time.
If in the unlikely event we have to charge for parking, we will do our best to keep the fee to an absolute minimum.
For your peace of mind, you will also receive notification of your driver’s mobile number, so that good communication can be maintained at all times.
Car seats can be supplied by us (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
However, if you’d rather use your own seats, we would be happy to store them for the duration of your holiday, and bring them up to the airport for your return transfer home, again at no extra cost.
